These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NAViCalC and navicalc.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Plans, pricing, and trials
NAViCalC offers a single cloud ERP plan priced at $249/month or $1,999/year. The plan includes Unlimited users, unlimited cloud storage, inventory, CRM, billing, accounting, HR, projects, ecommerce, reporting, and automation included.
NAViCalC may offer trial access to help you evaluate the platform. The standard public trial is 15-day free demo. No card required to start. Use code FREEDEMO.
Data retention and archiving
NAViCalC follows a 2-year archiving policy. Older data may be archived to maintain performance and reliability. Archived data is retrievable on request. Retrieval may require lead time depending on volume and may incur a service fee in some cases.
Acceptable use and abuse prevention
You agree not to misuse NAViCalC, including attempting to disrupt the platform, gain unauthorized access, or abuse messaging capabilities.
- Messaging features (Email and WhatsApp) must be used responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and provider policies.
- We may rate-limit, suspend, or restrict abusive behavior to protect customers and the platform.
On-Prem Enterprise license
On-Prem Enterprise deployments are available at $99,999/year per license file issued per server. Each license file is bound to one approved server or host environment.
Code Base Access (No Resale)
NAViCalC offers a Code Base Access no-resale plan priced at $99,999 for internal self-development only. This license prohibits redistribution, resale, SaaS use, white-label resale, and competing product use.
Playwright Automation Suite
The Playwright Automation Suite is available as a $14,999 add-on for On-Prem and Code Base Access plans. The suite includes the existing automation pack with 100% coder coverage.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAViCalC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
